Cranberry Relish with Brandy and Nuts

Ingredients
- 2 cups cranberries
- 1 medium orange peeled
- 1 cup almonds or black walnuts
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons brandy
- 2 tablespoons lemon rind
- 2 teaspoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Grind the fruit and the nuts.
- Combine the remaining ingredients. Cover and chill.
- Serve generously.
