Ingredients
- 1 (15 1/2 ounce) can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 (15 1/4 ounce) can corn, drained
- 3/4 cup red pepper, diced
- 1/2 cup green onion, sliced
- 1/3 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- Tortilla chips
Instructions
- Combine beans, corn, pepper, onion and cilantro; mix well.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together lime juice, cumin and garlic salt; pour over bean mixture and toss gently.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
- Makes 4 cups.
