Barbecue Shrimp

3 lbs. lg. shrimp (raw)
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup olive oil
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
4 garlic cloves, minced
4 teaspoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons chopped parsley
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon basil
1/2 teaspoon thyme
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt

Place the shrimp in a large mixing bowl.

Add the remaining ingredients to a saucepan. Combine well and heat without boiling, then chill.

Pour over shrimp. Marinate 30 minutes, stirring from time to time.

Preheat oven to 325°. Pour shrimp and sauce on a baking sheet; bake 8 to 10 minutes in oven.

Serve at once.
