Ingredients

  • 4 slices whole grain bread
  • 1 cup apple juice
  • 1 tablespoon tapioca granules
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon date pieces
  • 1 large banana ripe

Instructions

  • Put all ingredients, except bread, into blender in order given. Process 3 minutes.
  • In a bowl, dip bread into mixture and bake on a non-stick griddle (use a non-stick spray). Cook until browned.
  • Serve with homemade fruit spread.
