Ingredients

  • 2 large oranges peeled and diced
  • 1 large tomato seeded and diced
  • 1/3 cup red onion minced
  • 1 teaspoon orange peel grated
  • 1 teaspoon garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger root minced
  • 1/2 jalapeno minced fine
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon cilantro fresh

Instructions

  • In a bowl combine all ingredients except the cilantro and chill, covered, until ready to serve.
  • Before serving, stir in the cilantro.
