Ingredients
- 1 cup tomato diced
- 1 cup mango diced
- 1/4 cup red bell pepper diced
- 1/4 cup red onion diced
- 1/4 cup cilantro fresh -- chopped
- 3 tablespoons lime juice fresh
- 1 tablespoon jalapeno minced
- 1/8 teaspoon salt and black pepper
Instructions
- Combine and let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes.
