Florida Fruit Salsa

Ingredients
- 4 cups hot salsa tomato based commercial
- 2 cloves garlic chopped
- 2 tablespoons cilantro fresh, chopped
- 1 medium mango diced
- 1 large pineapple cored,peeled, diced
- 3 pieces scallions chopped
- 1/2 cup dates chopped coarsely
- 1 large peach peeled and diced
Instructions
- Mix the ingredients together in a large bowl. Refrigerate overnight.
- Serve with anything...very good with grilled fish, grilled chicken, as a party dip, and even as a sandwich spread for grilled pork or beef.
