Ingredients

  • 4 cups hot salsa tomato based commercial
  • 2 cloves garlic chopped
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro fresh, chopped
  • 1 medium mango diced
  • 1 large pineapple cored,peeled, diced
  • 3 pieces scallions chopped
  • 1/2 cup dates chopped coarsely
  • 1 large peach peeled and diced

Instructions

  • Mix the ingredients together in a large bowl. Refrigerate overnight.
  • Serve with anything...very good with grilled fish, grilled chicken, as a party dip, and even as a sandwich spread for grilled pork or beef.
