Mix all ingredients except butter in jar and shake well.
Place shrimp in large baking pan. Pour mixture over shrimp and top with the cubed butter. Broil on high close to flame. Keep turning so all shrimp browns evenly 15 to 20 minutes.
Serve in a bowl with warm French bread.
