Applesauce Cake (2)

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup margarine softened
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1 cup Splenda®
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 large eggs beaten
- 1 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon cloves
- 3/4 cup raisins
- 2 teaspoons powdered sugar optional
Instructions
- Beat margarine, oil, and sugars very thoroughly; add eggs and applesauce and beat well. Add flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and cloves; beat until smooth. Fold in raisins.
- Pour batter into greased 8 x 8 inch baking pan.
- Bake at 350° for 40-45 minutes.
- (Dust with powdered sugar, if desired, after cooling cake.)
