Rice Casserole

Servings: 4
Ingredients
- 1 cup rice uncooked
- 1 can French onion soup 10 1/2 oz.
- 1 can water 10 1/2 oz.
- 1 stick margarine or butter
- 1 can mushrooms 8 oz.
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together, cut margarine in pieces and place in 1 1/2 quart covered casserole.
- Bake at 350° for approximately 40 minutes or until almost all the liquid has been absorbed.
