Ingredients

  • 1 cup rice uncooked
  • 1 can French onion soup 10 1/2 oz.
  • 1 can water 10 1/2 oz.
  • 1 stick margarine or butter
  • 1 can mushrooms 8 oz.

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients together, cut margarine in pieces and place in 1 1/2 quart covered casserole.
  • Bake at 350° for approximately 40 minutes or until almost all the liquid has been absorbed.
