Bitty Beef Pizzas

Servings: 20 pizzas
Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 small green bell pepper cut in rings
- 2 cans refrigerated biscuits 8 ounces each
- 2 cans pizza sauce 8 ounces each
- 12 ounces mozzarella cheese shredded
- 16 small stuffed green olives sliced
- 1 can mushrooms 2 1/2 ounces sliced, drained
Instructions
- Brown beef lightly in a frying pan; drain on absorbent paper and set aside. Season with salt. Add green pepper rings to frying pan and cook slowly 4-5 minutes; drain on absorbent paper.
- Roll out biscuits on a lightly floured board; cut into circles 4-5 inches in diameter. Place circles on a baking sheet; spread 1 tablespoon pizza sauce on each biscuit circle.
- Top biscuit circles with cheese and beef. Place green pepper rings on a third of the pizzas, sliced olives on another third and sliced mushrooms on the remaining third.
- Bake in preheated 400° oven for 10-12 minutes.
