Ingredients

  • 5 pounds russet potatoes
  • 1/4 pound butter
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 2 tablespoons bacon chopped cooked
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ground black pepper to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt to taste

Instructions

  • Boil potatoes until soft.
  • Place in mixer; add milk and butter; mix with whip.
  • Add sour cream, cheese, bacon and add seasonings.
  • If potatoes are too thick add more milk and adjust seasonings as needed.
  • Serves 12.
