Bistro Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients
- 5 pounds russet potatoes
- 1/4 pound butter
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
- 2 tablespoons bacon chopped cooked
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon Ground black pepper to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt to taste
Instructions
- Boil potatoes until soft.
- Place in mixer; add milk and butter; mix with whip.
- Add sour cream, cheese, bacon and add seasonings.
- If potatoes are too thick add more milk and adjust seasonings as needed.
- Serves 12.
