Ingredients

  • 2 cups Bisquick
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 4 large bananas
  • 2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  • Mix Bisquick with milk, eggs (well beaten), lemon juice and bananas.
  • Cook in deep fryer until done.
  • Dip in powdered sugar.
