Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 large egg

Instructions

  • Sift the flour and sugar into bowl. Add the milk and egg. Mix well.
  • Drop by spoonfuls into deep fat heated at 375°. Fry until golden brown. Drain on paper towel.
  • Serve with syrup and butter.
