Beignets

Servings: 36 pieces
Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 1 large egg
Instructions
- Sift the flour and sugar into bowl. Add the milk and egg. Mix well.
- Drop by spoonfuls into deep fat heated at 375°. Fry until golden brown. Drain on paper towel.
- Serve with syrup and butter.
Notes
