Ingredients
- 2 cups canned artichoke hearts
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions and tops
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 6 tomatoes
- 2 slices bacon, cooked
- Lettuce leaves
Instructions
- Chop artichoke hearts and combine with celery, green onions and mayonnaise. Peel and scoop out 6 tomatoes and stuff with vegetable mixture.
- Place on lettuce leaves and sprinkle with bacon.
