  • medium saucepan
  • 8" square pan
  • waxed paper

Ingredients

  • 12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 6 oz. butterscotch chips
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk eagle brand
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup walnuts chopped; optional
  • cooking spray

Instructions

  • In pan combine chocolate chips, butterscotch chips and milk. Heat over medium until all chips are melted and blended well. Remove from heat add vanilla and mix. Add nuts and stir well.
  • Spray an 8" square pan with cooking spray, then cover bottom and sides of pan with wax paper and spray again. Pour in fudge mixture and refrigerate until set.
  • Cut into bite size squares.
