6-quart slow cooker
- 2 pounds chicken breasts or thighs; skinless, boneless
- 8 slices bacon
- 2 medium apples
- 1 cup BBQ Sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Wrap each piece of chicken in 2 pieces of bacon and place in a 6-quart slow cooker.
Peel, core, and grate the apples and place in a medium bowl. Add the barbecue sauce and mix, then pour over the chicken. Sprinkle with the garlic powder.
Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours, or on high for 2 to 3 hours.
