Apricot Glaze for Ham

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup brown sugar (packed)
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 can (12 ounces) apricot nectar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Mix brown sugar, cornstarch, ginger and salt in small saucepan. Stir in apricot nectar and lemon juice. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and boils.
- Boil and stir 1 minute.
- About 1 1/2 cups.
