Ingredients

  • 2 cups artichoke hearts canned
  • 1/2 cup celery chopped
  • 1/2 cup green onions and tops chopped
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 6 large tomatoes
  • 2 slices bacon cooked
  • 6 Lettuce leaves

Instructions

  • Chop artichoke hearts and combine with celery, green onions and mayonnaise. Peel and scoop out 6 tomatoes and stuff with vegetable mixture.
  • Place on lettuce leaves and sprinkle with bacon.
