Teriyaki Meatballs

3 pounds ground beef
3/4 cup water
3/4 cup soy sauce
2 teaspoons ground ginger
dash minced garlic

Mix all ingredients and shape into walnut size meatballs.

Bake in 9×13 pan for 15 minutes at 275°.

Makes about 150 meatballs for serving 30-40 people.
