Hard boil, cool and peel eggs.
Cut eggs in half lengthwise; remove yolks and place in a small bowl.
Add French onion dip, mustard and crushed potato chips. Mash with fork.
Scoop yolk mixture into egg halves. Garnish with paprika, if desired.
