South of the Border Dip

Equipment
- 9 by 10 inch baking pan
Ingredients
- 1 can refried beans large
- 1 envelope taco seasoning mix
- 2 cups sour cream
- 2 cups grated cheese you can use whatever you like, sharp or mild cheddar or even pepper jack
Instructions
- Mix the beans with the taco seasoning mix. Spread this in the bottom of a lightly greased 9 by 10 inch baking pan, top with the 2 cups of sour cream and top with grated cheese.
- Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.
- Serve with tortilla or Frito chips.
- It can also be spread on tortillas like a burrito filling
