Place butternut squash, sweet potatoes, carrots, apples, onion, dried apricots and raisins in a slow cooker.
Combine orange juice, honey, crystallized ginger, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, orange peel and salt in a bowl, pour over top, mix well.
Cook on low for 6 hours or until vegetables are tender.
Dollop servings with yogurt, then serve.
