Slow-Cooked Tangy Ribs

Ingredients:
1 1/4 cups vinegar
1/2 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 dash ground black pepper
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 lbs pork spareribs

Suggested Items:

large skillet

Instructions
Combine vinegar, ketchup, sugar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, salt, pepper and oil in a slow cooker; mix well.

Heat a small amount of oil in a large skillet and brown the ribs. You can cut the ribs into serving sizes before browning if you would like.

Transfer ribs to the slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 4 to 6 hours.

Notes
Remember, cooking times may vary depending on slow cookers or crock-pots, so test doneness before stated cooking times.
