Pumpkin Bread (2)

Beat: Just a minute or so on medium no more as you don’t want lots of air in the batter
4 large eggs
3 cups granulated sugar
1 cup corn oil

3 cups flour
2/3 cup tap water
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon iodize salt
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 teaspoon baking powder

Finally add 1 cup Libby’s Pumpkin Puree….Not pumpkin pie mix and mix until all incorporated

Divide mixture into 2 loaf pans, sprayed with baking pam with flour and sprinkle tops with decorative sugar

Bake on middle rack at 350°F for 1 hour….Test with pick in the center and stick should be almost dry..Do not overbake but sometimes an extra 5 minutes is needed.
