Poppy Seed Bread

Ingredients:
4 eggs
2 cups sugar
2 cups vegetable oil
4 cups flour
4 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 large can evaporated milk
1/2 cup poppy seeds
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped

Suggested Items:
large bowl
loaf pans
sifter
electric mixer
can opener
aluminum foil

Directions
Beat eggs. Gradually beat in next the sugar and vegetable oil until well mixed.

Sift flour with next baking powder and salt, mix in gradually, mixing until batter is smooth.

Add evaporated milk, poppy seeds and walnuts.

Pour into 3 greased loaf pans. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.

Wrap warm loaves in foil.
