  • 2 large eggs slightly beaten
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1/2 cup orange juice concentrate undiluted
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup orange marmalade Smucker's
  • 2 1/4 cups Bisquick
  • 1/2 cup pecans chopped


  • Combine first 5 ingredients.
  • Add sifted Bisquick. Stir in marmalade and pecans.
  • Grease regular muffin pans; fill 2/3 full.
  • Bake at 425° for 10 minutes or until brown.
