  • 1 package yellow cake mix Betty Crocker® SuperMoist
  • 2 cups quick-cooking oats
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup pecans chopped
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla


  • Mix cake mix (dry), oats and sugar in large bowl with spoon.
  • Mix oil and eggs; stir into oat mixture thoroughly. Stir in pecans and vanilla.
  • Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls about 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet.
  • Bake about 12 minutes or until light brown. Remove from cookie sheet to wire rack.
  • Yield: 42 Cookies
