Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Bisquick
  • 2 tablespoons sugar or equivalent
  • 1/2 cup bananas mashed ripe
  • 1 tablespoon oil Crisco
  • 1 large egg

Instructions

  • Mix ingredients all together.
  • Place 2 thicknesses of paper cup liners in microwavable pan (for 6 muffins); divide mixture evenly into 6 cups.
  • Microwave on high, turning 1/4 turn every 30 seconds for 2 1/2 to 3 minutes.
  • Sprinkle with cinnamon/sugar, if desired.
