Ingredients
Microwave Banana Muffins
- 3/4 cup Bisquick
- 2 tablespoons sugar or equivalent
- 1/2 cup mashed ripe bananas
- 1 tablespoon Crisco oil
- 1 egg
Instructions
- Mix ingredients all together.
- Place 2 thicknesses of paper cup liners in microwavable pan (for 6 muffins); divide mixture evenly into 6 cups.
- Microwave on high, turning 1/4 turn every 30 seconds for 2 1/2 to 3 minutes.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon/sugar, if desired.
