Marinade for Roast

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 2 cups water
- 1 large lemon juiced
- 1/2 cup olive oil
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients and marinate roast over night in a glass bowl.
- Discard marinade before cooking roast.
- Makes about 3 cups of sauce.
