Louisiana Light Creole Sauce

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup canned tomatoes, drained and coarsely chopped
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
- 2 tablespoons green bell pepper, chopped
- 2 tablespoons chopped onion
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 2 dashes cayenne pepper
- 1 dash pepper
- 1 teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Pour over chicken or seafood and bake, or heat and serve on the side.
