Lemon-Lime Sauce

1/2 cup plain low-fat yogurt
3 tablespoons confectioner’s sugar, sifted
1/4 teaspoon lemon rind, finely grated
1/4 teaspoon lime rind
3 teaspoons lemon juice, freshly squeezed
3 teaspoons lime juice, freshly squeezed
Stir ingredients together, adjusting quantities to taste. Chill.
Makes about 2/3 cup.
Tip: Recipe can be prepared up to 3 days ahead and stored, covered, in refrigerator.
