Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 2 pkgs. spaghetti sauce mix French’s
  • 8 oz. lasagna noodles pkg. Mueller’s
  • 1 carton cottage cheese large
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 cup Mozzarella grated
  • 1 can tomato paste large
  • 2 1/2 cups water

Instructions

  • In large heavy pan brown beef. Add tomato paste, water, sauce mix. Simmer about 15 minutes.
  • Cook lasagna as directed. Drain; rinse with cold water.
  • In 13x9x2 inch pan spread sauce, then alternate layers of lasagna, sauce, cottage cheese, Mozzarella and Parmesan. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
  • Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
