Ingredients

  • Your favorite flavor of ice cream
  • 13 oz bag tortilla chips
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup butter melted
  • whipped cream
  • caramel ice cream topping
  • sprinkles

Instructions

  • Place the chips in a large bowl and drizzle melted butter over all. Toss with your hands to evenly coat the chips.
  • Mix together the cinnamon and sugar in a separate bowl. Sprinkle half over the chips and toss with your hands. Add the rest of the cinnamon sugar and toss again until all chips are coated.
  • Place chips on a large platter or individual plates.
  • Place scoops of ice cream on top of cinnamon sugar chips. Top with whipped cream, drizzle of caramel topping and sprinkles.
