1 cup strained honey
1 cup sugar
1 tablespoon butter or butter substitute
few grains salt
Boil honey, salt, and sugar to hard ball stage (265° – 270°F). Add butter. Pour into well-buttered pan. Cool. Pull until white and porous.
Cut in 1-inch pieces.
