Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/3 cup rolled oats
- 1/3 cup bran flakes
- 2 tablespoons wheat germ
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/2 cup golden raisins
Instructions
- Beat egg until light. Gradually add brown sugar, beating until light and fluffy. Add oil, salt, vanilla, oats, bran flakes, wheat germ, nuts and raisins. Mix well.
- Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto greased baking sheets. Bake at 350° for 8 minutes, or until golden brown. Remove immediately from baking sheets and let cool on wire racks.
- Makes about 18 cookies.
