Ingredients

  • 2 cups Bisquick baking mix
  • 1 cup whole bran cereal
  • 3 tablespoons wheat germ
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons molasses

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients; beat vigorously 1/2 minute.
  • Fill 12 greased (bottoms only) medium muffin pans 2/3 full.
  • Bake at 400° for 15 minutes.
