Garlic Marinade

3 cloves garlic
1/4 teaspoon thyme
1/4 teaspoon marjoram
1/4 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire
1/3 cup olive oil
1 cup dry red wine
1 onion sliced
1 bay leaf
Salt and pepper

Mix ingredients.

Allow meat to marinate several hours or overnight in refrigerator.

This is great for pork, beef and lamb. Cook as desired.
