Ingredients
Easy Brunch Bake
- 1 pkg. (6 oz.) Stove Top Stuffing Mix for Chicken
- 3 cups fat-free milk
- 1 medium red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
- 1 cup Kraft 2% Milk Shredded Reduced Fat Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 2 eggs
- 2 egg whites
- 4 slices Oscar Mayer Bacon, crisply cooked, crumbled
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Mix all ingredients until well blended.
- Spoon into greased 13x9-inch baking dish.
- Bake 40 minutes or until center is set and top is golden brown.
