Ingredients
- 20 fresh dates cut down the length on one side, pits removed
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 2 teaspoons milk as needed
- 40 almonds toasted split
Instructions
- Soften the cream cheese a little in a bowl, working it with a fork until smooth and add a little milk to make it workable.
- Put into a piping bag fitted with a fluted nozzle, and pipe the cream cheese into the pitted dates, filling the date lengthwise.
- Place two split almonds at an angle on each.
