Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 small Spanish onion, finely chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 3 tablespoons Madras curry powder
- 1 cup white wine
- 3 sticks unsalted butter, slightly softenend
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Place the butter in a bowl, add the curry mixture and mix until well combined, season with salt.
