Ingredients

  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 8 oz Cool Whip
  • 1 teaspoon coconut flavoring
  • 3 cups Mounds coconut + extra

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients well. Stack cake and frost top and sides of cake. Sprinkle top with coconut.
  • Enough to frost at least a two layer 9 inch cake.
