Coconut Cream Frosting

Ingredients
- 1 cup coconut flaked
- 3 ounces cream cheese
- 1/4 cup butter
- 3 cups powdered sugar sifted
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Instructions
- Toast the coconut, set aside and let cool.
- Cream the cream cheese with butter. Alternately add powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla. Beat until smooth.
- Fold in coconut.
