Coconut frosting made with sour cream, butter, milk, powdered sugar and flaked coconut. Great for cakes and cookies.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut flaked
  • 3 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 3 cups powdered sugar sifted
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

  • Toast the coconut, set aside and let cool.
  • Cream the cream cheese with butter. Alternately add powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla. Beat until smooth.
  • Fold in coconut.
