1 cup graham cracker crumbs; about 12 squares
1/4 cup finely chopped pecans
3 tablespoons butter or margarine; melted
1 cream cheese; softened
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup sweetened flaked coconut toasted
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 large eggs

Suggested Items:

rectangular baking dish
electric mixer

Heat oven to 325°F.

Mix crumbs, pecans and melted butter or margarine thoroughly. Press evenly in bottom of ungreased rectangular baking dish. Bake about 10 minutes or till set.

Beat cream cheese till creamy. Beat in sugar, milk, coconut and vanilla. Beat in eggs, one at a time.

Spread mixture over crust. Bake about 30 minutes or till center is set. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours.

Cut into bars or squares. Refrigerate all leftovers.
