Ingredients
Chicken Appetizer
- 1 1/2 dozen chicken wings, disjointed and tips removed (2 1/2 lbs, or your favorite chicken pieces breasts, thighs or quarters)
- 8 oz. bottle Catalina French dressing
- 1 pkg. dry onion soup
- 10-12 oz. jar apricot or peach preserves
Instructions
- Mix ingredients together. You may want to heat to blend. Pour over chicken.
- Bake at 350° for 1-1 1/2 hours or until tender.
