Charlie’s Marinade

1 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 cup white vinegar
3 tablespoons black pepper
3 tablespoons cayenne pepper
4 tablespoons brown sugar
3 tablespoons habanero pepper sauce

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Marinate overnight in refrigerator.

Use 1 cup per 1 lb of meat.
