Caviar Artichoke Delights

2 (8 oz) pkgs cream cheese, softened
1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained, chopped
1/2 cup finely grated onion
1 (3 oz) jar caviar, drained
3 hard-boiled eggs, grated

Beat the cream cheese until smooth and add the artichoke hearts and onion.

Spread in an 8 or 9-inch glass pie plate and chill.

Before serving, spread the caviar on top of the cream cheese mixture and place the grated, hard-boiled eggs on top.

Serve with crackers.
