Ingredients
Cajun Back Ribs
- 4 lb pork back ribs
- 3 tablespoons paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons oregano
- 2 teaspoons thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
Instructions
- Combine all seasoning and mix well. Dust all surfaces of ribs with marinade sauce.
- Prepare medium hot coals and place in covered grill.
- Grill ribs over indirect heat for 1-1/2 hours. Turn every 15 minutes until done.
- Yield: 4 Servings
