Buttermilk Glaze

Servings: 16 slices
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup buttermilk
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 tablespoon corn syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Instructions
- In pan, measure in sugar, buttermilk, butter, corn syrup and and baking soda. Boil 5 to 6 minutes til thick and syrupy. Add vanilla and pour over the cake.
- Serves 16; enough for one Bundt cake.
