Ingredients
- 1 quart heavy cream
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup milk
Instructions
- Bring to boil the cream, milk and pepper.
- Remove from heat and fold in the Parmesan cheese.
- Store in refrigerator until ready to use.
